The home marketed as "bright and breezy", has two bedrooms either side of the downstairs bathroom with two further bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
The back garden of 135 Henrietta Street has pedestrian access to Prospect Street.
The pre-auction estimate was $2.4 million plus through Phillips Pantzer Donnelley.
The property last traded for $620,000 in late 1998.
135 Henrietta Street was built in the 1920s and renovated on its 266 square metre block in 2010.
The CoreLogic RP Data puts the suburb median at $1,655,000.
