Coburg Hill gear up for 2015 townhouses release

Coburg Hill’s Focus development has a 2015 release scheduled with two and three bedroom townhouses expected to be launched to the market.

Satterley Property Group’s Focus development has a handful left available in the November final stage release, stage six, of the traditional lots. This has also been called the 'F-series'. The 2015 release is set to be in the first half of the year.

Meanwhile, 2014 was a productive year, explained Satterley’s end of year note. With the Coburg Hill shopping centre opening in April, titles have been received for Focus in some of the latest stages, four and five.

In total, 20 Focus townhomes are settled and 230 homes are complete. This totals 550 new residents on the redeveloped Kodak site.

The current townhomes remaining in stage six are priced at $680,000, with a 10% deposit required. The balance is payable on completion.

The 23 square metre floorplan dwellings include two living spaces, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room and a double garage.
