Sydney once again outpaced its fellow capital cities, with the highest dwelling price growth for November, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The New South Wales capital recorded 1% price growth for the month, with a median home price of $705,000 (based on sales settled over the quarter). Overall, capital city home values decreased by 0.3% in November.

Melbourne saw the biggest drop in values over November, with homes prices down 2.6% to a median of $568,500. It seems as though Sydney apartments were the weak link for late 2014 price growth.
