There were $1.3 million plus hopes when a warehouse apartment went to weekend auction in Fitzroy.
It was within one of the former MacRobertson's Chocolate Factory premises.
The three bedroom, two level apartment sold with its price undisclosed through the Nelson Alexander agency.
The top-floor warehouse apartment came with exposed brick walls, original windows and soaring ceilings.
The 50/183 Kerr Street property sold in 1998 at $320,000.
