First Paddington was sold, now the chic Palm Beach retreat is for sale.
The Paddo to Palmy stylist blogger Heidi Carter and her husband, Westpac's Michael Correa, are seeking $3.5 million for the Pacific Road property through LJ Hooker Palm Beach agent Peter Robinson.
It is a five-bedroom house, known as Palm Beach Tower that is rented out at $1000 a night through the Contemporary Hotels group.
It last sold in 2010 for $2.58 million.
The Paddo To Palmy website is a Moroccan homewares shop and a travel and interiors blog.
No words yet on the couple's next home.
