Inner West Sydney's Byron at Majors Bay launched

In Sydney’s Inner West, Holdmark is developing Majors Bay. Their latest stage ‘Byron’ has now been launched for the first time to the market.

Located nearby the ferry wharf, a trip of some 30 minutes to Sydney CBD, the Majors Bay Byron development includes one, two and three bedroom apartments.

One bedroom apartments are priced from $605,000, while two bedroom units are available from $870,000.

Designed by Turner Architects, oversized balconies and lanscaped courtyard outlook, as well as car parking, are available on some of the apartments.

The development, located at 1 Northcote Street, Mortlake, is being marketed through Colliers International.

Holdmark currently also has projects in St Leonards, Shepherds Bay, Parramatta and Granville.
