Manar, Potts Point apartment sets new record price

The week's top sale was a Manar, Potts Point apartment offering at $3.75 million, according to RP Data.

The three bedroom north-facing apartment within the historic Manar security garden complex, was marketed as a "house-sized apartment occupying a prime viewside position." 

It was sold pre-auction through R&W agents Jason Boon and Geoff Cox

Set behind its recently refurbished grand black and gold gated entry, the 178 square metre internal apartment – 197 square metre, with garage – last sold at $3.2 million in 2007, which was an enduring record price.
