Ryde one bedders from $550k: Crowle Estate taking VIP bookings

Colliers International is now taking VIP appointment bookings for Ryde’s Crowle Estate, located in Ryde’s Meadowbank at 74-78 Belmore Street.

In total, 416 apartments will be offered in Crowle Estate with a selection of one bedroom apartments from $555,000 and two bedroom apartments from “high $600,000”. They will span five buildings of seven storeys with an additional two levels of underground basement car parking. This will include 450 car spaces.

Developed by DEIcorp, the designs are by Nordan Jago. Currently, DEIcorp are also working on a number of projects including The Charles Apartments in Canterbury, Moss Wood Apartments in Kogarah, Urba Apartments in Sydney CBD, Alpha Apartments in Lewisham and Bankstown’s Little Saigon Plaza.

Many of the apartments in this project will include balconies with views of Parramatta River.

Meadowbank's median unit price currently sits at $495,000, according to RP Data.
