New West Brunswick development The York, one bed units from $379,000

Melbourne-based developers R. Corporation have recently announced their eighth project. Called The Work, it is a West Brunswick offering spanning four buildings named after popular parks in the area.

One bedroom apartments in The York will start from $379,500, with two bedrooms from $489,500.

There will also be some penthouses.

The 119 apartments will launch officially to the public on 18th October. When complete, the apartments will be located at 8 Olive York Way, West Brunswick.

Each apartment will include a private terrace or balcony, an individual car park, bike rack, separate storage, timber flooring and Bosch appliances.

Landscape designer Paul Bangay created the external design, providing communal gardens.
