With more than 100 buyers registering interest prior to the launch, 39 blocks were sold on the Saturday launch of Satterley's Upper Point Cook development, recording a sell out for the release.

Two thirds of the buyers were local upgraders, with the rest being divided between first home buyers and investors.

They even had groups camping out, said Victorian general manager of Satterley Property Group Jack Hoffman.

“The excitement from locals reinforces that Upper Point Cook is one of the last quality parcels of land in Point Cook with the added bonus of access to the Princes Freeway via the future diamond interchange at Sneydes Road,” said Hoffman.

“The big selling point for local residents is location and the fact you’re buying into a quality development at affordable prices.”

The house and land packages started from $380,000.

The next release, Hudson, will see 25 blocks launched to market in the next fortnight.
