No big steal as Seddon Edwardian sells at $700,000

A Seddon house featured in the 1990 movie The Big Steal sold recently for $700,000.

It was where character Danny Clark, played by Ben Mendelsohn, lived in the film. 

The renovated home was marketed by Barry Plant Yarraville agents Niels Geraerts and Hayden Kay whose price guidance was around $600,000.

The three bedroom weatherboard Edwardian at 129 Albert Street last sold at $475,000 in late 2012.
