Developer offers to pay stamp duty: Incentives on offer for Shine Campsie

Up to $55,480 of savings in stamp duty is available for Shine Apartments in Sydney’s inner western suburb of Campsie for a limited time, with the vendor offering to pay the costs for those who buy in.

The $55,480 figure is based on a $550,000 purchase price.

Developers Jia Shun Development Group, one of the largest builder/developers in Zhuhai China, and local based Kang Group Pty Ltd are behind the project.

Kang Group were behind South Strathfield development Verve Apartments.

Shine is being designed by Mackenzie Architects International and built by PMC Constructions.

The new apartments, from $499,000, come with parking and city views, with some also including oversized entertaining balconies.

Strata fees are priced at $380 to $445 per quarter for one-bedroom apartments, and $535 to $865 per quarter for two-bedroom apartments.

Rental yield expectation is sitting around 5.5%, with a low vacancy rate advertised.

The Shine Apartments are located on Troy Street.

They are being sold through Colliers International.

At present, RP Data records the median unit price in Campsie at $465,000.
