Greenland’s Lucent, North Sydney development sells over 50% on launch

More than 50% of the apartments Greenland’s Lucent development in North Sydney, have been sold after the project was officially launched on Friday.

This comes shortly after the opening of their display home and "first time offered" marketing.

There is a total of 211 apartments available at the 225 Pacific Highway development.

At the launch, there was reportedly high interest in the two bedroom, two bathroom offerings. There were 73 two bedroom offerings on offer, starting at $995,000 and ranging from 59 to 85 square metres.

Studios were available from $528,000, one bedrooms from $681,000 (with a study pushes the price to $805,000) and three bedroom apartments were priced at $1,750,000.

In total, a 50% owner occupier rate was recorded.

The apartment tower spans 17 levels and includes views of the city.

Lucent is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2016.
