Apartments on offer at Five Dock's Bosco development

One, two and three bedroom apartments have been released at CBRE's Bosco project in Sydney's Five Dock.

Located 9 kilometres from the Sydney, the apartments are within walking distance of Canada Bay.

The masterplanned development were designed by Bates Smart with reference to Mediterranean towns. It includes six-metre deep garden areas surrounding the cluster of apartments, with a central courtyard garden.

The residences have sandstone, terracotta and Roman brick facades.

Priced from $600,000, the new apartments all include parking.

The Bosco project is being developed by CBRE Residential and EG Funds Management, a specialist property fund manager.
