A luxury apartment made it to the top of RP Data's 10 most expensive sales of the week.

The Pyrmont offering (pictured above) with 360 degree views fetched $7 million. However, there were a few other high profile sales that didn't make it onto RP Data's radar this week. There was the Professor Leslie Wilkinson designed Point Piper home of Charles Scarf and his wife Maria, which sold for an unconfirmed price after it was listed with $30 million plus hopes.

The sale of David Airey's South Yarra house for $3.8 million also failed to get a mention, as did a three bedroom Mosman home which secured $3.23 million. Mooloolaba's pink house was also one of the most expensive sales this week, with a $3.8 million price tag.

Here are 10 of the other most expensive sales for the week ending 10 August, from RP Data.
