Former couple and House Rules contestants Candy and Ryan have put their Emu Plains home on the market.

The home at 45 Gough Street, Emu Plains, is selling through Paul Wallace of Property Central Penrith. It will be auctioned on Saturday 30 August.

The three bedroom house was the debut renovation of the show, and the victim of some dubious style choices - including winners Adam and Lisa's incomplete study and unappealing entrance.

The listing photos show Western Australia couple Russell and Carole's challenge-winning kitchen. They ended up in second place for the series, behind underdogs Adam and Lisa.

The single storey brick veneer home has a two bathrooms and is set on a 626 square metre plot.

The listing information says the home has been "renovated to the highest possible standards". The house is filled with colour, thanks to Candy and Ryan's fellow team mates.

Candy and Ryan purchased the home for $400,000 in August 2013. Selling agent Wallace is not providing a price guide for the property.

The house has been listed following the couple's breakup.
