The weekend's cheapest Sydney sale was at Narellan in the Camden municipality.

The $418,000 sale was its first since 1977 when it sold for $9,000.

The price growth topped 10% per year over the 37 years' ownership.

Combined Real Estate Narellan marketed the property as bequested to a childrens' charity, so they were not charging any commission for the purpose of the auction.

The onthehouse price estimated was prior auction given as $370,000 to $470,000.
