Over the weekend, they released 30 apartments in Sundale, which all sold. Property Observer is told that this is their common strategy to help gauge the market. As they are self-funded they are able to decide whether or not to retain some apartments for lease based on market fluctuations.

At present, 10% of the building has sold, with the off the plan apartments to be located at 2 Como Crescent.

The Southport development, at 55 storeys, is featuring oversized apartments, with Meriton founder and managing director Harry Triguboff saying that they feature “best views and best position because that’s what we believe the market requires”.
