The top 10 sales of the week: RP Data
Jessie RichardsonDecember 7, 2020

The most expensive sales of the week have been gathered by RP Data.

Sydney homes dominated the top end of the market this week, with seven of the top 10 sales taking place in the New South Wales capital.

Two Victorian homes made the top 10, which all sold for $2 million or more. One Queensland home made the list.

While RP Data's top spot goes to 227a Gannons Road in Sydney's Caringbah, which sold for $3,160,000, it looks like it may have been pipped to the post by another $3 million plus home, 58 Bancroft Avenue, Roseville in New South Wales, pictured below.

The five bedroom house at Bancroft Avenue beat Gannons Road by $200,000, selling for $3,360,000 on Saturday through mcconnell bourn Lindfield.

The home had undergone a $200,000 renovation prior to the sale.
