Post-Prahran 2015 Block contestants sought as Erin and Jake from the Block 2010 sell Coogee apartment

The Block Vaucluse 2010 contestants Erin and Jake Michael have sold their Coogee apartment pre-auction for $668,500.

They are moving on following the birth of their son, Jagger last September. The couple married in September 2010.

Their two-bedroom Nathan Street apartment cost $406,000 in 2008.

They then spent around $100,000 on renovations for the 59 square metre apartment.

LJ Hooker Double Bay agent Sean Poche had been telling inspectors of 8/3 Nathan Street more than $600,000. 

Erin is a freelance interior and food stylist, working briefly for Real Living Magazine, and remains an accredited sports dietitian.

Contestants are now being sought for another series of The Block to be aired in 2015 after the Prahran office block conversion series, which will go to air later this year.

The location is yet to be confirmed.
