Canberra’s units sat at a median price of $412,500 for the quarter to April 30, according to RP Data.

Attracting gross rental yields of 5.1%, the value of units in the capital city dropped 0.1% for the month. The city also recorded the weakest growth in dwelling values of any capital city in the three month period.

  1. 1/3 FAWKNER STREET, BRADDON

    A two bedroom, one bathroom apartment sold in March for $412,500. The ground floor unit in the  On Q complex was designed by Architects Ring & Associates, the Koundouris Group, Dezign Team, Cia Landscapes & Design and Archertec Interiors. On Q is situated among many other low rise apartments and townhouses on the tree lined Fawkner Street.

The air conditioned apartment comes with two secure parking spaces and access to a pool. The buyers can expect to pay $852 in land rates this year.
