The Block Vaucluse 2010 contestants Erin and Jake Michael have listed their Coogee apartment for 26 May auction following the birth of their son, Jagger last September.
Their two-bedroom Nathan Street apartment was bought in late 2008 for $406,000, having previously sold at $385,000 in 2003.
They spent around $100,000 on renovations for the 59 square metre apartment.
LJ Hooker Double Bay agent Sean Poche has been telling inspectees of 8/3 Nathan Street that more than $600,000 is the price guidance.
Erin is a freelance interior and food stylist, briefly for Real Living Magazine, and remains accredited sports dietitian.
Jake Michael married to Erin Berghofer in September 2010.
