Woden town centre building sold for $4.4 million for use as a medical centre

The Woden town centre building in Canberra's CBD has been purchased by the Woden Specialist Medical Centre for $4.4 million.

The property (pictured below), at 90 Corinna Street, has a net little area of about 1,830 square metres and is 70% vacant.

Centrelink is the major tenant in the three-storey building, occupying 30%.

Selling agent Ray White Commercial Canberra Director, Andrew Smith said the new owners intended to refurbish the vacant first and second floors of the building and reposition them as a medical centre.

Eblana Pty Ltd was the vendor.
