Cronulla's Bathers development popular with lifestyle seekers

There are still seven apartments up for grabs in the $40 million boutique beachfront apartment complex Bathers in Cronulla.

Developed by Mondell Property Developers, Bathers features 12 three-bedroom apartments, including penthouses, ranging from $2.55 million to $4.25 million.

The most expensive sale in the complex was $4.25 million for one of the penthouses.

With designs by Candalepas Associates, the development has been awarded the Aaron Bolot award for the best residential project by the Architect Institute of Australia.

Bathers has also been awarded the best interior design apartment award at the Asia Pacific International Awards.

Located on Prince Street, apartments range in size from 190 square metres to 205 square metres internally, with ground floor apartments boasting courtyard areas of 104 square metres to 285 square metres.

The penthouses feature rooftop terraces of 144 square metres to 151 square metres.

Apartments feature interior designs by Archer + Wright and boast timber floorboards throughout, bedrooms with wool carpet and kitchens with CaesarStone benchtops and Miele appliances.

Construction on Bathers Cronulla is now complete.

The median apartment price in Cronulla is $498,500, a 20.1% change in the past five years, according to RP Data.
