All three penthouses in the Skye by Crown development in North Sydney have sold, with the most expensive one selling for $3.5 million.

The largest penthouse in the development sold at its June 15 launch for $3.38 million.

More than 100 apartments sold on launch day, totaling more than $110 million.

The developments first stage release is now 90% sold.

The 20-storey residential complex (pictured below) is designed by Japanese Australian architect Koichi Takada and features 232 apartments with glass facades, balconies and winter gardens.

“A number of buyers who purchased on Saturday already own an apartment in one of Crown Group’s completed developments and have found them to be excellent homes and valuable investments,” says Crown Group director of sales and marketing Adam Sparkes.

Sparkes says the launch day turnout was beyond expectation.
