A $210,000 sale in Jimboomba was the weekend's cheapest auction sale in Queensland.

Shane Devries of Harcourts Jimboomba was the selling agent of 11 Mary Street which was last traded for $180,000 in 2005.

The estate has had an increase of only 1.77 percent annually over the last 10 years.

Advertised as a renovators dream, the home needs extensive bathroom renovations.

It features three bedrooms, one bathroom and a combustion fireplace.

The house is located on a 1012 sqm block and includes a two bay lock-up shed.
