The blue-chip address is close to Rathdowne Village and Curtain Square, and within walking distance of the CBD.
It has been 10 years since the property was offered to the market and last time it fetched $415,000 at auction. This time agent Tom Roberts from Nelson Alexander expects the property to sell for $800,000 to $880,000.
