A four-bedroom 1960's property on two adjoining titles at banksia Park has been sold under instructions from the mortgagee in possession.

It was auctioned by Century 21 for $300,000.

The 14 Davenport Street property comprises a mostly solid brick dwelling with a large gas heated lounge/dining living area, a good sized kitchen with plenty of cupboards and bench space plus an additional casual living area.

Adjacent to the house block is a separately fenced allotment with garage.

The 1485 square metre site is situated in the leafy foot hills of banksia Park.
