The double-fronted, two-level home with bluestone alfresco terrace and heritage ceilings at 129 Park Drive sits on 545 square metres.

It is near Royal Park and Melbourne University.

The median price for a home in Parkville is $1,440,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
