A heritage 1879 house in Parkville, Melbourne, has been listed for sale with $3 million plus hopes through Nicholas Corby and Paula Beavis at Collins Simms.

The double-fronted, two-level home with bluestone alfresco terrace and heritage ceilings at 129 Park Drive sits on 545 square metres and is near to Royal Park and Melbourne University.

The auction date is 26 September.

The median price for a home in Parkville is $1,440,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
