The Sydney suburb of Haberfield should be the site of a big auction this Saturday.

For those who want to have a harmless punt, there's now a tipping website, www.propertytycoon.com.au, where punters can guess auction five results in Melbourne and Sydney, with no outlay. It's mostly about testing your market knowledge with a small cash prize as a sweetener.

One of the five Sydney properties going to auction this week in round nine of the competition is 115 Waratah Street, Haberfield, which looks like a great piece of real estate. I the Sydney market runs true to form it should be a big auction on Saturday.

While the market has been soft this year good homes on big land close to the CBD have been well contested to date. This property sits on more than 700 square metres of land and has the benefit of the prime corner position with dual street access.

Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a short walk to parks and restaurant make it a no-brainer for the family looking to scale up.

John Raiti from McGrath Real Estate is looking for buyers with a bank manager prepared to flick them more than $1.9 million.

If you think you know what it will sell for place a tip at Property Tycoon.
