A 1926 California bungalow is expected to attract considerable buyer interest this weekend, mostly due to its large block of land in Epping, Sydney.

There's now a tipping website, www.propertytycoon.com.au, where punters can guess auction five results in Melbourne and Sydney, with no outlay. It's mostly about testing your market knowledge with a small cash prize as a sweetener.

One of the five Sydney properties going to auction in round 10 of the competition this week is 22 Rawson Street, Sydney.

In Sydney 22 Rawson Street, Epping will go under the hammer for the first time in more than 50 years. The house itself is a beautiful three-bedroom brick Californian bungalow built in 1926, but it is the block of land that will entice bidders to put their hands up.

The impressive 1,157-square-metre parcel of land sits within walking distance of public transport, schools and shops. Families are expected to be out in force to snap this one up, as agent Wayne Vaughan from McGrath Real Estate expects it to sell in excess of $1.2 million.

If you think you know what it will sell for place a tip at Property Tycoon.
