The façade of a 1970s townhouse may not be the sexiest in the world, but this Hawthorn property has a lot of other things going for it.

There's now a tipping website, www.propertytycoon.com.au, where punters can guess auction five results in Melbourne and Sydney, with no outlay. It's mostly about testing your market knowledge with a small cash prize as a sweetener.

One of the Melbourne properties this week in round nine of the competition is 4/10 Ryeburne Avenue, Hawthorn East. The Ryeburne Avenue location is tucked away in a quiet location, with Rathmines Road reserve just meters away.

The property comprises of three bedrooms and has open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas that flow into a large courtyard. It has been tightly held, with no previous sales on record.

Hocking Stuart will auction the property on Saturday and have buyers interest around the mid $900,000s.

If you think you know what it will sell for place a tip at Property Tycoon.
