In Sydney McGrath Real Estate will auction one of Drummoyne's finest Victorian homes this weekend.

There's now a tipping website, www.propertytycoon.com.au, where punters can guess auction five results in Melbourne and Sydney, with no outlay. It's mostly about testing your market knowledge with a small cash prize as a sweetener.

One of the five Sydney properties in this round of the competition is 57 Thompson Street, Drummoyne, which has not been on the market for more than 40 years and has been fully restored.

The family home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and sits on around 450 square metres of land. Agents expect the property to sell in excess of $1.75 million, but this home, given its uniqueness, is a tricky one to value accurately.

If two buyers fall in love with it and have deep pockets it could be a very competitive auction.

If you think you know what it will sell for place a tip at Property Tycoon.
