Brisbane auction tipping

There's now a tipping website, www.propertytycoon.com.au, where punters can guess auction five results in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with no outlay. It's mostly about testing your market knowledge with a small cash prize as a sweetener.

One of the five Brisbane properties going to auction this week in round five is 38 Grays Road, Hamilton, which is being auctioned by Ray White.

"After a couple of strong auction weekends the top end of the Brisbane market will be put to the test this weekend when 38 Grays Road, Hamilton goes under the hammer," says Mark Armstrong of Property Tycoon.

"Agent Matt Lancashire from Ray White points out the property has breathtaking views of the city and river. The house sits on almost 800 square metres of land in one of Brisbane's most sought-after areas.

"Comparable sales suggest the auction will finish up in excess of $2 million," Armstrong says.

If you think you know what it will sell for place a tip at Property Tycoon.
