Brisbane weekend auction tipping

There's now a tipping website, www.propertytycoon.com.au, where punters can guess auction five results in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with no outlay. It's mostly about testing your market knowledge with a small cash prize as a sweetener.

One of the five Brisbane properties in round three of the competition is 83 Agnes Street, Auchenflower, which is being marketed by Bartholomeusz Kirwan Real Estate.

Brisbane properties have been slow out of the gate in the competition, with four out of the five properties passed in during both previous rounds.

"In Brisbane this Saturday 83 Agnes Street, Auchenflower will go under the hammer for the first time since 1998, when it sold for $46,000," says Mark Armstrong of Property Tycoon.

"The four-bedroom family home is in original condition and sits on a healthy 663-square-metre block of land. Comparable sales suggest it will sell for between $700,00 to $800,000 this time around."

If you think you know what it will sell for place a tip at Property Tycoon.
