Melbourne weekend auction tipping

There's now a tipping website, www.propertytycoon.com.au, where punters can guess auction five results in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with no outlay. It's mostly about testing your market knowledge with a small cash prize as a sweetener.

One of the five Melbourne properties going to auction in round three this week is 5/12 Howard Street, Richmond, which will be auctioned by Biggin & Scott. The auctioneer will be hoping for a stronger weekend than last weekend, when three of the five properties featured in the tipping competition were passed in.

"The property, which has an open plan feel with a larger than normal entertaining balcony, has been well inspected during the campaign," says Mark Armstrong from Property Tycoon.
