Horse stud discounted by 42% in five months on SQM discount list
A former horse stud set on 3.9 hectares of land in Burpengary, Queensland, has debuted at number 3 on SQM Research’s list of 10 most discounted properties.
The property includes a three-bedroom house, four brick stables, four shelters and a round yard, crush, feed shed, dam and almost ten acres of grazing space.
It listed in April at $1.2 million. The price was dropped to $990,000 in May and further discounted to $699,000 in June, the current listing price – a 42% discount to its original listing price.

“As mentioned on propertyobserver.com.au late last week, this Queensland property went from being under contract to back on the market after the potential buyers’ finance fell through. The property has been on the market since November last year.
