Two houses in one 654 sqm corner block in Strathfield South has changed hands via a mortgagee sale.
Ray White estate agents Peter Tsekenis and Elia Economou held the listing.
It sold for $1.8 million on July 7, 2020.
The 2 William Street site has two brick homes in a cul-de-sac with an access gate between the two, one in neat original condition, the other thoroughly renovated.
Both offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan living and a large entertainment deck.
