One of the last remaining development opportunities in Carnes Hill, with DA approval for 45 town houses, has been sold by Colliers International.

Eugene White and Frank Oliveri of Colliers sold the 10,519 sqm site, on the corner of Sarah Hollands Dr &, Kurrajong Rd, in Sydney’s South West growth corridor for $8.5 million.

Spread over three superlots, it has development consent for the Torrens Title subdivision of 45 semi-detached town home lots and their construction.

Adjacent to the Carnes Hills Marketplace and Michael Clarke Recreation Centre, the area is an established community.

“This site had huge interest due to a lack of DA approved sites and general low supply in quality, established areas, with the price point very attractive to prospective buyers,” said Eugene White, Director, Development Sites at Colliers International.

Frank Oliver, Director In Charge at Sydney West and South West said, “This is a rare infill land holding in a completed residential development and one of the last remaining development sites within Carnes Hill.”
