Bayside site in Birkdale sells for almost $4 million

A local private development group has paid $3,750,000 for a site at Birkdale's Bayside.
The property, located at 167-185 Collingwood Road, comprised a 4.89 hectare site.
Zoned as Urban Residential under the Redland City Planning Scheme, the property is located roughly 19 km for Brisbane’s CBD.
It has 168 metres of street frontage.
It was sold after a successful expression of interest campaign run by Ray White Special Projects (QLD) Matthew Fritzsche and Andrew Burke.
The campaign attracted 13 offers.
