Avalon Beach house sold prior to auction

The Avalon Beach house on George Street has been sold prior to auction today.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house was auctioned through BLAKE Property and fetched $1,750,000.
Built in 1950, the home was last sold for $690,000 in 2011.
The 539 sqm property has since been revamped with Blackbutt timber floors, and painted white interiors.
A similar Avalon Beach home on Barrenjoey Road was sold last weekend for $1,680,000.
