A Banora Point, New South Wales mortgagee home has been sold for $600,000.

Before it was marketed as a mortgagee in this latest campaign, the vendors sought $729,000 for the house back in May 2018.

The sale still represents a profit however as it last sold for $260,000 in 2001.

Brent Hodge and Brendan Gibb of Ray White marketed 18 Aberdeen Court.

The four bedroom, three bathroom abode was built in 1997.

The property, located in the Glen Ayre Estate features a new kitchen and a double carport.

It sits on a 648 sqm block.

The median price for a house in Banora Point is $620,000, according to CoreLogic data.
