A Rosbery, Northern Territory mortgagee has been sold for $300,000, an $80,000 loss.

The house was last sold in 2008 for $379,000.

It was unsuccessfully listed in 2010 when it sought $465,000 and this latest campaign ran from October 2018 to December 2019.

Michael Keith and Tim Mackenzie of O'Donoghues marketed the property.

Situated at 1 Granites Drive, the home was originally listed for $399,000 but after an unsuccessful October 2019 auction, sought $300,000.

Set on 801 square metres, the three bedroom one bathroom house was listed as a rental for $385 per week in 2013.

Built in 1988, it is located only a short stroll to the Rosebery Primary School as well as Palmerston College, there are also shops close by and just minutes drive to the new Bakewell Shopping Centre, as well as the Palmerston CBD.
