A Stirling North, South Australia mortgagee home has been sold for $145,000, a $90,000 loss.

Last listed for $155,000, Nicole Fox of First National marketed the house.

Situated at 66 Quorn Road, the property last transacted for $235,000 in 2012.

The three bedroom, one bathroom house features a dual semi-circle driveway, workshop area and a currently bone dry in-ground pool.  

Set on 1,104 square metres, the fully fenced abode is less than a kilometre from the nearest primary school.

A DA for the dwelling valued at $82,190 was submitted in October 2007.

The median sale price for a home in Stirling North is $250,000, according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as -0.2%.
