108 Leicester Street is a collection of eight, 5-level residences just two minutes from the CBD, and is quite unlike anything Fitzroy has seen before.

Designed to meet a growing demand for contemporary luxury in Melbourne’s inner north, each of the standalone abodes has a private entrance, private lift, rooftop terrace, Italian Dada kitchen and Molteni  & Co. bedroom joinery and a long list of other high-end inclusions.

With three bedroom residences priced from $1.9-$2.2million 108 Leicester Street is also a 'first of its kind' project for the Fitzroy market.

It is marketed as representative of a 'new level' of luxury gentrification.

The design acknowledges the classic housing genres of the projects neighbourhood; along Young Street the design is a contemporary reworking of traditional Victorian terraces, on Leicester Street it’s a re-imagining of archetypal warehouse conversions, while the corner will create a unique urban landmark that defines a new sense of place.
