Tweed Heads is coastal town on the Tweed river, recognised for its tropical beaches, leafy landscape, and its status as NSW’s most northerly town.

Tweed Heads served as the primary backdrop for the fictional town of Porpoise Spit, in the 1994 cult-classic comedy film Muriel's Wedding.
