The auction campaign was the second marketing campaign for the property in 2019 with the first being a normal sale campaign rather than an auction campaign. 

Steven Lee and John Pratt of Dixon Kestles marketed the listing in this latest auction campaign.

Situated at 218/8 Daly Street, the abode comprises one bedroom and one bathroom.

Located in the Lucia building, complex amenities include a swimming pool, an equipped gym and a function room.

The unit was listed as a rental in December 2018 seeking $400 per week.

The property last sold in 2014 for $408,000.

The median sale price for an apartment in South Yarra is $525,000 according to the latest CoreLogic data.
