An Elizabeth Downs, South Australia mortgagee home has been sold for $175,000.
Following an unsuccessful May auction the house saw its asking price slashed from $199,000 to $189,000 before selling.
Ken Loft of Harcourts marketed the property.
Situated at 9 Justinian Street, the three bedroom, one bathroom house also has parking space for three vehicles.
Set on 720 sqm, the abode was built in 1960.
Last sold in 2015, the property transacted for $210,000, making this sale a $35,000 loss.
The home sold after 100 days on the market for only slightly above it's value in 2007 when it traded for $169,000.
The median sale price for a unit in Elizabeth Downs is $176,500, according to CoreLogic data.
