Michael Kain, the managing director of Devcon, advised the progress was made by the 35 to 40 workers onsite at peak times.

Some four apartments were bought soon after going onto the market, with one of the two luxury penthouses and two three-bedroom apartments still for sale.

The sold penthouse fetched $2 million plus.

The penthouses — up to 265 sqm including garages — offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, Miele appliances such as a built-in coffee machine and steam oven, high raked ceilings and a feature island bench.

The complex is set at the top of Ballinger Road on a 1,333 sqm lot on the corner of Ballinger Crescent

HMFR's recent developments in Buderim included Aspects on Buderim and Sage Landing.
